Is foot care right for you?
Seniors
For older adults who have difficulty reaching their feet safely.
Diabetics
Nerve damage increases infection risk — professional care is essential.
Mobility-limited individuals
When physical limitations make self-care difficult or unsafe.
Warning signs that need professional attention
Redness, warmth, open sores, blisters, skin breakdown between the toes, or any wound that is not healing normally.
Ingrown nails causing pain or infection, nails that are extremely thick or discoloured, or signs of fungal infection.
Cold feet, numbness, tingling, cramping, or colour changes (pale, blue, or purple) that may indicate poor circulation.
Unexplained pain, swelling, or tenderness in the foot or ankle, especially for diabetic clients where pain sensation may be reduced.
