Why we exist
Ontario faces a serious shortage of PSWs and RPNs. Long-term care homes are understaffed. Families are struggling to find reliable in-home support for aging loved ones. Hospitals are discharging patients who have nowhere to go.
TrueCare Partners was founded to close that gap — by building a network of vetted, insured healthcare professionals who can be placed quickly into homes and facilities across Ontario.
We are a local company. We know the GTA, Northern Ontario, Southern Ontario and across the province. We understand the facilities in this region, the families who live here, and the caregivers who want to build their careers here.
How we operate
Every contractor completes a full onboarding process including police check, credential verification, CPR, TB test and document review before their first shift.
When you call us, you reach a real person. We confirm coverage within hours, not days. Our scheduling system is designed for urgency.
We follow up after every shift. If something isn't right, we fix it. We stand behind every placement we make.
